Refund policy

Once you pay for a product or service, you will NOT be able to get a refund or exchange it.
If you previously added balance to your account but never purchased products or services using all or some of the balance amount, you may choose to have your balance refunded to you.
Funds are refunded using the same method (via the same payment system) that you used to make payment.

Software product

Software product license is activated as soon as the order is completed and paid for in full.
you can request a demo over remote desktop to check the features of software before purchase

Hardware product

A product once purchased from us will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
All hardware products warranty will be provided by the manufacturer service center and not by us.
Customer has no rights to demand replacement/exchange from us.

Internet Bills

Bill payments will not be refunded either in full or in part in any condition.
